Patients w/ anatomical or haematological disorders predisposing to priapism; bleeding disorders or active peptic ulceration; hypotension, recent history of stroke or MI, retinal disorders eg, rhinitis pigmentosa. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Renal or hepatic impairment.
